Since 1893, Emile Janique has brought his expertise in leather to industry. The company certified Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV) designs and manufactures 250 000 leather components each year, for automotive, aeronautics, agriculture, railways businesses. From small leather seals to high-end bellows such as the one of the Eiffel Tower lift, Emile Janique came accross a hundred years of industrial changes keeping the leather products crafting as primary field.

Emile Janique is one of the last industrial companies based in Lyon intra-muros, with a team and tools that stand for pure memory of some craftsmanship techniques unique in Europe.
